An Influential-Corrective CEO is a contrasting personality that complements being a visionary and a realist at the same time. He can create a detailed game plan to achieve a goal.
His major weakness is Follow Through. Because he is an Influential (lacks focus) and a Corrective (Perfectionist), he needs to consistently review his plans and set a deadline on a given time-frame. Focus is key.
