Some of my talks on Sales

Sun Life Financial

Topic: The YOUnique Selling Styles

Note: Sunlife today is the number one insurance company in the Phils. I have conducted several workshops on YOUnique and sales for their different branches. The Branch Managers I worked with have become close friends.

BPI Philam in PICC

Topic: The Dream Team

Note: 600 people attended this unusual (In December) annual kick off for BPI Philam. I shared the 3 A’s of Teams – Acceptance, Agreement, Alignment. The venue was so big and long that I needed to give 110% in terms of energy to keep my audience. Through God’s grace, it was a blast!

NU Skin International

Topic: YOUnique and Leadership

Note: The guy in the picture with me is Sandy Martinez, one of the top earners of Nu skin. (I think he is making around P3-5 million a month) He asked me to speak to his group of more than a thousand people in Clark Pampanga.

Philamlife MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table)

Topic: The Art of Selling

Note: This seminar was held in Ilocos. We travelled by land, so it took us 10 hours going there, and 10 hours back. We went there at 2pm – 12 midnight, My talk was 9am-12pm, then went back home 2pm – 12 midnight. Participants were all achievers of the company and some were even with Philamlife for 45 years.

A little site seeing with my wife Kat after my talk.

Insularlife

Topic: The Culture of a Team and Paradigm

Note: I didn’t realise that there were so many people who cried in my two talks with them until after the sessions. They approached me to tell me how the talk touched their heart. It is always humbling to know that God used me as an instrument for Life-Change. It was just difficult in my second talk with them because I was very sick. But the show must go on.

National Sale Congress in RCBC Tower –

Topic: The YOUnique Selling Styles

Note: Spoke in the one day event of Learning Curve with experts in sales – from real estate to service, to online marketing. It was a bit candid when the one timing us showed me that I have 30 minutes left to speak. After 30 minutes, I asked how long I still have, he put out the sign 30 minutes again. I thought he made a mistake. I later found out that they like the reaction of the crowd so much that they extended my talk to another 30 minutes. I love sales people!
