Note: I have done several workshops for Ideal Vision. I love this company and the people behind it. The owners are very humble and down to earth, and they run their business like one big family. One of the best-family run businesses I’ve seen.

Hausland Development Corporation – A leading housing/subdivision developer in Central Luzon who developed 17 subdivisions with a total of 5010 housing units.

Note: I’ve done several workshops for Hausland and their culture of hard work and excellence never ceases to amaze me. The owners are strong leaders and yet very humble. In one of my one-day workshops with them, some of the owners participated even in the exercises. I didn’t know until lunch break, when they were introduced to me. It was good that the owners were so ‘game!’

Trinitas Publishing Inc (TPI)

An educational publisher that carries hundreds of titles under its Basic Education Books division and College Books division.

Topic: “YOUnique” workshop in Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao, Ilocos, Cagayan de Oro, and Cebu attended by educators – school owners, principals, and teachers.

Urban Concepts/Handrich Sales Ventures – A top furniture retailer with branches and outlets nationwide.

Topic: WoW Customer Service

Note: I’ve done several customer service trainings for their staff. I’m happy that some of them attended their very first seminar through our workshop. The owners have become very good friends and I have learned so much from their street-smart ways in running their business.

GBX and Cole Hann – A top international shoe brand.

Topic: YOUnique “Understanding Others by Understanding YOU”

Note: I’ve done several talks for GBX with their sister company Cole Hann. Shoes is a tough business to be in, and they continually arm their people with new knowledge and skills to be the best in their industry.

Suntoys International  – Owners of Lora, Crocs, Eyes Candy. Yogo Biy, Aquazorb, & Toys@work in Cebu.

Hair Unlimited – A new salon with 3 branches in Pampanga.

Topic: YOUnique and 5 Dysfunctions of a Team

Note: My high school friend opened this new business. It was an emotional ride for her staff as we discussed the personal and the core issues of their team. Some were even crying already in just the beginning of the session. I’m happy to know that these learning workshops are truly life changing. 

V Cargo – One of the fastest growing express and logistics player in the Philippines. 

Topic: Time Management

Note: V Cargo has grew from humble beginnings. The owner Paulo Tibig,  has become a good friend. He is a franchise and business speaker, and I had the privilege of sharing the stage with him a couple of times.

Note: The owner is the lady wearing white at the front row in the picture. She has been in sales for many years and was the one to bring their company where it is today. After the seminar, It was humbling when she thanked me for changing her definition of selling. She said her definition of selling changed into: “Sales is about loving what you do and loving others.”
